Established in 1988, Palli Mongal Karmosuchi (PMK) is a nationally recognized development organization advancing rural communities through microfinance, livelihood programs, and inclusive support, ensuring transparency, accountability, and sustainable socio-economic growth across Bangladesh.

Our Vision

To empower communities toward an inclusive, just, and sustainable society where opportunity, equity, responsibility, and participation ensure dignity, self-reliance, and hope.

Our Mission

To implement development programs that improve livelihoods, education, health, and wellbeing, fostering self-reliance, empowerment, and sustainable growth through participatory, innovative, transparent leadership.

Our Objective

Promote socio-economic development for marginalized communities by providing livelihood, education, and health support, strengthening participation, ensuring sustainability, justice, transparency, and accountability.

Palli Mongal Karmosuchi (PMK)

At Palli Mongal Karmosuchi (PMK), our journey of empowering communities and fostering sustainable development has been central to our mission since 1988, beginning with the dedication and voluntary efforts of local youth across different regions of Bangladesh.

Our Microfinance Program reflects this mission by supporting small-scale entrepreneurs, helping them grow their businesses and create employment opportunities across 35 districts, strengthening livelihoods and contributing to inclusive and sustainable economic progress nationwide.

As we continue to expand our efforts, our commitment to transparency, accountability, and innovation remains strong, enabling us to reach more people and enhance the effectiveness of our development initiatives.

With deep gratitude, we acknowledge the tireless efforts of our staff, partners, and supporters. Together, we are building a future of growth and lasting change.
